Condition:

The chrome is is in great shape.

The paint : On right side of tank there is a chip.

There are other small flaws but not noticeable.

For a bike that is 20 years old it's in great running shape.

I prefer someone local and if it is from another state be prepared to ship it yourself and get the money to me in cash or bank transfer.

Price is firm and will not negotiate. I bought for 12k 6 months ago and put another 3k into it.

The ehc and wiring without installation is almost a grand. The seat was 650.
