Great for the Do-It Yourselfers or if you are on a budget. These bikes HAVE A COURTESY 45 POINT INSPECTION by a certified technician. Limited warranty may be available at additional cost to the customer on Budget Lot category, see sales department for details. A full disclosure form is available stating what is needed to pass state inspection. By selling the vehicle "as is" we are passing all the savings onto the consumer. All bikes in this category will have more specific photos of the bike's cosmetics and mechanical areas. There is a video of each bike for you to hear how the bike sounds. 35K) 3. Cosmetic condition of bike. Because these bikes do not have a PA inspection sticker, the Budget Lot category bikes will need to be trailered/towed at time of purchase. Budget Lot bikes must be state inspection at the customer's expense. Three Rivers Harley-Davidson does not inspect Budget Lot bikes at time of purchase.
