This is not just your normal Road King. This bike is equipped with the 103ci Twin Cam motor that was later used in the Harley lineup with a few perks added for Police use. Still shows its Police colors but is in excellent condition all around. The Police seat is still on the bike, which are designed air-ride seats for extra comfort but also had the passenger seat added and a sissy bar. Police seats are comfortable and seat the rider a few inches forward allowing for better maneuverability at slow speeds. They are increasing seat height though so short riders may have to change the seat to a regular seat.

This bike is in excellent condition all around and shows very nice even in its original police color combo. No real paint damage. The headlight shows the typical signs of hazing inside the headlight and should be replaced with an LED replacement. The driving lights are not connected since they were originally used for police red and blue.

Harley Davidson’s Road King is the smallest of the big touring bikes. The main reason why Police Departments use this bike as their choice of police bikes is the agility yet the comfort and ability to carry heavy equipment to do their work. It is the perfect in between when you do not want to take out the big and bulky Street Glides or Electra Glides, yet if you want to go on a trip add a tour pack easy to the quick-connects and you are riding with all the trunk space you need.
